What you buy

A personal, non-transferable licence to download and play the full version of Starcorp Tycoon (the "game") on computers you own, for Windows and macOS. The online extras (in-game updates and the leaderboards) work on up to three of your computers at a time; you choose which on your download page. The game is delivered digitally through a personal download link; there is no physical product.

Price and payment

The price is €14.95 or $14.95, including VAT, paid once. Payment is handled by MultiSafepay B.V.; we never see or store your card or bank details.

Delivery

As soon as the payment is confirmed, your download page is shown and the link is emailed to the address you gave. The link stays valid for new versions of the game, within a fair download limit per order.

Right of withdrawal

Consumers in the EU normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content that is delivered straight away, that right ends once delivery has started, if you agreed to this beforehand. When you buy, you ask for immediate delivery and confirm that you lose the right of withdrawal once the download is made available. This does not affect your legal rights if the game does not work as described: contact us and we will help, repair or refund.

Demo

The free demo is the same game with a limit of 3 new games and 60 minutes of play per game. Saves from the demo can be continued in the full game.

Use of the game

You may not resell, share or publish the game or your download link. The game, its art, music and voices remain the property of the seller. All companies, people and drinks in the game are fictional.

Liability

The game is provided as is, with care. Our liability is limited to the price you paid, except where the law does not allow such a limit.

Complaints and law

Mail support@starcorptycoon.com; we answer within 14 days. Dutch law applies. As a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.
